He's spent the last 12 years on the Frederick County Council working hard for the residents of District One and is passionate about making Maryland a great place to live. During his time on the County Council, he's driven improvements in public health and safety, the development of new parks and schools, and protections for the local environment. ​ ​ Residents of Maryland's Legislative District Four deserve more than they're getting. I oppose what ICE is doing and I oppose participation in 287g. We need to expand affordable health care in Frederick County while protecting the patients freedom to choose their care. We need the infrastructure funding to address the growth which has occurred in Frederick County, and the incumbents have failed to do that.
