As a graduate of Baltimore Public Schools, Jackie believes that young people are our best resource and that quality schools are the key to their success.

Stephanie is a Delegate in the Maryland General Assembly representing the 45th State Legislative District in Baltimore City. Since 2020, Stephanie has served as Chair of the Baltimore City Delegation.

I was born in Baltimore, educated here and beyond, and my path into office has been grounded in education, public policy, and neighborhood service.
