From luke46.org:Luke is a native Baltimorean. He grew up in Reservoir Hill, where his family were Homesteaders. The Clippingers bought a house in Reservoir Hill in 1974 for one dollar on the promise that they would live there and renovate the property. Luke attended Baltimore City Public Schools from K to 12, graduating from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute (“Poly”) in 1990. After receiving a BA from Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana, and a law degree from the University of Louisville, Luke returned home to Baltimore. Luke lives in the Riverside neighborhood in South Baltimore.

I served as an Aviation Officer and UH-60 Blackhawk Pilot until 2024. After leaving the military, I moved back to Baltimore. I work as a consultant and as a high school basketball coach. My wife is a Baltimore City Public School Teacher in Cherry Hill. Veteran - Coach - Leader What I stand for- Baltimore deserves new and pragmatic leadership in Annapolis. I believe in improving our democracy, empowering more of Baltimore's neighborhoods to choose their own leaders, improving our city's schools, making Baltimore more affordable for all, and working to improve Baltimore's roads and pedestrian infrastructure.
