From flahertyfordelegate.com/:Born in Washington DC, Sean’s parents moved to Cearfoss, Maryland where Sean attended Maugansville Elementary. After his parents divorced, he grew up in Charlotte NC region and resided in South Carolina. In the 10th grade, Sean attended South Hagerstown High School while living with his father in Hagerstown. Sean graduated the University of South Carolina in 2008, getting a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History, becoming a Gamecock, and joined the Army National Guard shortly after.
