From joshhastings.com:Josh Hastings is an independent-minded, common sense, member of the Wicomico County Council. Josh is a husband, a business owner, and a lifelong Wicomico resident who seeks fairness and opportunity. Having grown up on a poultry farm and Maryland’s very first certified organic farm, he has a deep appreciation for (and understanding of) the complexities of agriculture, environmental sustainability, natural resources, and land use. Prior to starting his company, Josh spent 15 years working in state and local land use policy, and within nonprofit leadership. He is the past Executive Director of Forever Maryland – a statewide nonprofit that supports the conservation of forests, farms, parks, critical habitat, and Maryland’s most vital lands.

From barrybeauchamp.com:Barry Beauchamp is a proud Eastern Shore native and lifelong resident of Salisbury, Maryland. He has served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates since September 10, 2024, representing District 38B. In the legislature, Barry is a member of the Appropriations Committee, where he serves on the Education & Economic Development Subcommittee and the Oversight Committee on Pensions. He also served on the State Board of On-Site Wastewater Professionals. Barry’s life reflects hard work, service, and the pursuit of the American Dream. One of six children, he grew up in a blue-collar family—his mother worked at Folgers, and his father worked as a mechanic and truck driver. He spent much of his childhood at the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs in Salisbury, which played a key role in shaping his early years.
